At the core of her current visual work is salt, explored not only for its material properties but also for its symbolic and emotional resonance. Salt is paradoxical—purifying and abrasive, preserving and corrosive, crystalline and dissolving. These contradictions become metaphors for the complex emotional terrain of maternal/filial experience. In her pieces, salt is paired with elements like steel, terracotta, water, and fabric to create environments that embody transformation, memory, and rupture.
She was most recently a 2026 artist-in-residence at Château d’Orquevaux, where she was awarded the Denis Diderot Grant. She has exhibited and performed internationally at galleries and institutions such as Somerset House, Centro Culturale de Ayamonte, MODA, Kinescope Gallery, and the Wallach.
