@magaliacult

Magali, a Cult, is an interdisciplinary artist based in New York whose work spans sculpture, CGI, music, and writing.

Salt is the central material in her current work, valued for its ecological significance and transformative properties. Through sculptures and installations combining salt with steel, terracotta, water, and fabric, she explores the ways materials record environmental change, human intervention, and the passage of time.

She was most recently a 2026 artist-in-residence at Château d’Orquevaux, where she was awarded the Denis Diderot Grant. She has exhibited and performed internationally for galleries and institutions such as Somerset House, Centro Culturale de Ayamonte, MODA, Impulse Magazine, and the Wallach.
